Get Out of Your Head and Live in the Moment
(with Rick)
A four-week course for advanced improvisers focused on being fully present through kinesthetic awareness and grounded scene work. Through exercises centered on observation, physicality, object work, and relationships, students will learn to reduce overthinking and connect more authentically in the moment. This class emphasizes creating clear, honest scenes rooted in real behavior rather than preplanned choices.
